Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Services

• • Nam Heal provides holistic healing, energy work, life coaching, and wellness guidance.
• • Services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice or treatment.
• • Clients must seek appropriate professional care for medical or mental health conditions.

2. Confidentiality & Ethics

• • All personal information shared is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.
• • Sessions are conducted with professional ethics and respect at all times.
• • No sexual, physical, or inappropriate conduct will ever be tolerated. Any violation will result in immediate termination of services with no refund and may lead to legal action.

3. Session Guidelines

• • Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet, WhatsApp, or phone call.
• • Duration: Sessions generally last 45–90 minutes, depending on the service.
• • Clients must join from a private, quiet space to ensure focus and confidentiality.

4. No Recording Policy

• • Recording of any kind (audio, video, screenshots, or third-party monitoring) during sessions is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Nam Heal.
• • Unauthorized recording or distribution of session content, tools, or practices will be considered a breach of confidentiality and intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
• • Similarly, Nam Heal will not record sessions without the client’s prior consent.

5. Booking & Payments

• • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
• • You will receive confirmation and session details after payment.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

• • Refunds: Cancellations made within 5 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.
• • Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions are non-refundable.
• • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable and must be used within the agreed timeframe.

7. Client Responsibility

• • Clients are responsible for their own wellbeing, choices, and outcomes during and after sessions.
• • Sessions are not suitable for crisis intervention. If the client is in danger, suicidal, or requires urgent care, they must contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.

8. Results Disclaimer

• • Each client’s journey is unique. Nam Heal does not guarantee specific results.
• • Transformation requires personal openness, discipline, and commitment.

9. Intellectual Property

• • All practices, tools, and materials shared are the exclusive intellectual property of Nam Heal.
• • They may not be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nam Heal is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in sessions.
• • Clients release Nam Heal from any liability except where prohibited by law.

11. Termination of Services

• • Nam Heal reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or engages in inappropriate conduct.
• • In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and legal remedies may be pursued.

12. Governing Law

• • These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
• • Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

13. Consent & Agreement

By booking a session with Nam Heal, the client confirms that they:

• • Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• • Consent to participate with full awareness of the scope and limitations of the services.
• • Accept responsibility for their own wellbeing and outcomes.
