Anxiety can feel overwhelming. Some days it shows up as racing thoughts, other days as restlessness, tension, or simply the inability to switch off. Stress and anxiety look different for everyone — which is why I don’t use a fixed formula.
In this session, I take time to understand how it shows up for you. Then, I guide you through calming practices like breathwork, grounding, and energy release. Each step is designed so you not only feel relief in the moment but also gain tools you can use whenever stress tries to take over again.
This is your space to pause, breathe, and feel supported. Many people describe it as a moment of calm in the middle of their busy lives. Over time, you’ll notice greater resilience — the ability to handle challenges without being consumed by them.
